Golden Dart Consulting was started in 2021 by Peter Bello and Isadore Schoen with the vision to provide customers with specialized expertise that is often lacking in existing technical staff, and would be costly and time-consuming to develop in-house. The goal of every project is to ensure that the in-house staff has the expertise necessary to operate and support the selected security mechanisms and maintain the required security posture once we have completed the engagement. Our staff are located in Oklahoma and the Washington DC metro area.

Mr. Bello and Mr. Schoen have been working in the field of Computer Security for over 30 years, beginning with early Automated Teller systems and telephone systems, through the design and development of the first Public Key Infrastructures and related products, to the latest security devices and systems including US Federal Personal Identity Verification (PIV) cards and issuance systems, US Department of Defense Common Access Cards (CAC), cloud-based authentication and authorization systems, and custom systems for specialized applications. We have extensive experience designing, developing, implementing, and managing deployment projects for these systems, as well as developing the policies that are required to implement and operate them.
